Roles and Responsibilities
· Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
· Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain as well customer satisfaction.
· Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
· Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
· Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
· Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
· Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
· Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
· Developing documents and proposals for clients.
· Build long-term relationship with new and existing customers and subsequently grow the business by leveraging those relationship.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Proven work experience as a business development executive in IT field for minimum 2 years or relevant profile in IT field.
· Proven sales track record.
· Strong experience of potential bidding on various portals.
· Strong English communication skills for international clients including LRWS.
· Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
· Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
· Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
· Salary: Hike on to last drawn salary based on experience and can offer more in case of extraordinary candidate.
