Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Applications, Business Administration, Commerce, Arts, Science, or related disciplines.
- Fresh graduates with excellent verbal and written communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in International BPO, Customer Support, Technical Support, Sales, or Email/Chat Support is an advantage.
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Basic computer proficiency and internet navigation skills.
