Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver Malayalam lessons
- Develop lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessments for various grade levels.
- Teach reading, writing, grammar, literature, and communication skills in Malayalam.
- Use interactive teaching methods to engage students and enhance language proficiency.
- Conduct formative and summative assessments, evaluate student progress, and maintain records.
- Maintain discipline and ensure a safe, inclusive classroom environment.
- Establish positive relationships with students to promote learning and growth.
Qualifications & Skills
- Master’s /Bachelor’s degree in Malayalam / Malayalam Literature.
- Strong proficiency in Malayalam language and literature.
- Good communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to use technology for teaching (smart boards, online tools).
- Passion for teaching and continuous learning.
- Patience, creativity, and student-centric approach.
- Minimum 4–6 years of teaching experience
