We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in customer handling, telecalling, or inside sales and possess excellent communication skills to engage with potential customers and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls. Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions. Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations. Follow up with prospective customers and maintain relationships. Achieve sales targets and performance goals. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service. Eligibility Criteria Any Graduate / MBA / B.Tech. 1–6 years of experience in customer handling, telecalling, inside sales, or related roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with customers and influence decision-making. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.
