Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role

Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce Work in Progress (WIP) and improve cycle times.

Understand the details of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to ensure optimization across the overall BE network.

Create and document standardized planning processes and work methods, and drive projects to standardize planning procedures across the organization.

Provide expert consultation and support during monthly and quarterly capacity confirmation processes, partnering with BE Sites and Business Divisions.

Manage relevant reports and stability indicators, leveraging analytical skills to drive data-driven decision making.

Lead BE-wide planning improvement projects to enhance efficiency and reduce manual work.

Utilize knowledge of SAP (or similar ERP systems) to streamline planning processes and improve overall operational efficiency.

Demonstrate excellent coordination and communication skills in a highly complex environment to drive planning initiatives across various functions within the Infineon Supply Chain.
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.

Minimum of 8 years of working experience in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry.

Good knowledge of manufacturing process planning, with experience in Material Requirements Planning (MRP) being an added advantage.

Good knowledge of Infineon Supply Chain systems and tools, preferably within an SAP environment.

Knowledge of Production Planning.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Ability to anticipate issues and challenges, and resolve them promptly and effectively.

Strong drive for excellence and a collaborative attitude to achieve the best results as a team.
