Responsible for NPD and EPD and scale up of entire pencil and eraser range of products up to FG level.
* Duties and Responsibilities - • Lead and guide R&D Team to get the timely delivery of NPD/EPDs in the chemicals products domain as per the organizational business plan • Provide SOPs to maintain state-of-the-art process and machine functions related to Pencil and Eraser manufacturing • Conduct trouble shooting and RCA for any technical challenges related to Pencil and Eraser manufacturing • Testing & Certification of Materials & Products from third party laboratories / Academic Institutes • Identification of alternate suppliers & manufacturers for Critical , High Value materials used for the regular production. • Drive cost reduction exercise as per objectives set by organization from time to time.
