Job Description
We are hiring a Google Ads Optimization Specialist to continuously improve campaign performance, efficiency, and ROI across multiple Google Ads accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) for better performance
- Monitor and improve CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
- Conduct keyword expansion and negative keyword optimization
- Optimize bids, budgets, ad copies, and Quality Score
- Perform A/B testing on ads and landing pages
- Analyze performance data and prepare optimization reports
- Identify underperforming areas and implement corrective actions
- Ensure Google Ads policy compliance and account health
- Manage multiple client accounts effectively
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and PPC metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
- Excellent analytical and optimization skills
- Ability to interpret data and take performance-driven decisions
- Google Ads Certification preferred (not mandatory)
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Graduation in Marketing or related field (preferred)
Experience
- 6 months to 3 years of hands-on Google Ads optimization experience
- Strong freshers with advanced Google Ads knowledge may apply
