Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations and office coordination
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and internal communication efficiently
- Maintain and organize office records, files, and documentation (physical & digital)
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and services
- Monitor office expenses and maintain basic records
- Assist in travel arrangements, bookings, and logistics
- Support HR activities such as onboarding and employee documentation
- Ensure smooth functioning of office facilities and resolve admin-related issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
