Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive (Calling) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in IT and Digital services sales, with strong communication and convincing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Pitch IT and Digital service offerings effectively
- Maintain client relationships and follow-ups
- Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Preferred experience in IT / Digital Sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of IT services and digital marketing
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
Compensation:
- Fixed Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month
- Incentives: 3% – 5% based on target achievement
