Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Generalist who can manage and streamline end-to-end HR operations while also contributing to talent acquisition initiatives. This role will involve approximately 30% Talent Acquisition and 70% HR Operations, requiring someone who can work closely with management, understand business requirements, build HR processes, and drive employee-centric initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to HR operations, stakeholder management, working on HRMS employee lifecycle management, and the ability to partner with leadership for organizational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Partner with management and business leaders to understand hiring requirements, identify gaps, and create effective hiring strategies.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand role expectations beyond standard recruitment activities.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and on boarding.
- Drive hiring for various functions while ensuring alignment with business needs and timelines.
- Build a strong talent pipeline through multiple sourcing channels.
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage end-to-end HR operations across two or more entities and ensure smooth functioning of HR processes.
- Handle complete employee lifecycle management including on boarding, documentation, confirmation, transfers, employee movements, and exit processes.
- Manage and maintain HRMS systems, ensure accurate employee data, and generate HR reports.
- Work closely with management on HR initiatives, process improvements, and operational requirements.
- Drive employee engagement activities and initiatives to enhance employee experience.
- Manage Performance Management System (PMS) processes including goal setting, reviews, and coordination with stakeholders.
- Handle employee queries and ensure timely resolution of HR-related concerns.
- Coordinate with internal teams, leadership, and external vendors for smooth HR operations.
- Manage vendor coordination related to HR activities, employee benefits, and other requirements.
- Support administrative HR activities and ensure compliance with internal policies and processes.
- Assist with travel management and coordination.
- Identify process gaps and implement solutions to streamline HR operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations role.
- Strong experience managing HR operations with exposure to talent acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS tools and HR reporting.
- Experience working with senior management & stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes, PMS, engagement, and HR policies.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
