Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented In - House EV Sales Executive to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of electric two-wheelers, expanding franchise and dealer networks, managing customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets. This role plays a key part in strengthening SpeedForce EV’s market presence and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and drive sales of SpeedForce EV electric two-wheelers through direct and channel sales.
- Identify, onboard, and support dealers, franchise partners, and institutional customers.
- Manage customer inquiries, negotiations, and order closures in coordination with internal teams.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer data, and follow-ups using CRM/ERP systems.
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduation or Post-Graduation in BBA, MBA, B.Com, M.Com, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience: 0 – 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in EV, automobile, FMCG, or related industries.
- Fresher’s with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
Key Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of electric vehicles and sustainable mobility concepts.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer and dealer relationships.
- Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up and closing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel locally or regionally as per business requirements.

· Location: Vadodara, Gujarat (On-site)
· Address: MAKARPURA INDUSTRIAL ESTATE, GIDC, VADODARA - 390010, GUJARAT, INDIA.
· Working Days: 6 days/week
· Travel: Local and regional travel for sales, dealer visits, and events
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
