Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible, courteous, and disciplined Valet Driver cum Security Guard to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely parking guest vehicles, ensuring the security of hotel premises, assisting guests, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesValet Duties
- Welcome guests with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles.
- Handle vehicles with care and follow all traffic and safety regulations.
- Maintain proper records of vehicle keys and parking details.
- Assist guests with luggage when required.
- Keep the parking area clean, organized, and secure.
Security Duties
- Monitor hotel entrances, exits, and common areas.
- Conduct routine patrols of the hotel premises.
- Prevent unauthorized access and ensure guest safety.
- Report suspicious activities, incidents, or maintenance issues immediately.
- Assist during emergencies and follow hotel safety procedures.
- Coordinate with hotel management regarding security concerns.
Requirements
- Valid LMV (Light Motor Vehicle) Driving License.
- Minimum 1–2 years of driving and/or security experience preferred.
- Good driving record and knowledge of local roads.
- Basic communication skills in Hindi; English is an added advantage.
- Well-groomed, polite, honest, and customer-focused.
- Physically fit and willing to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
