Location: Ahmedabad Region (School Visits in Sanand, Viramgam, Bavla and nearby locations as required)
Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)

About the Role
We are seeking passionate and dynamic Subject Expert Teachers to join our growing academic and educational innovation team. This role combines school outreach, academic teaching, content development, and assessment design.
The position is ideal for educators who are enthusiastic about modern education, technology-enabled learning, curriculum development, and creating meaningful impact in students' lives.
Selected candidates will receive training for delivering specialized AI-based learning programs in schools and will also contribute to academic content development and classroom teaching.
Key ResponsibilitiesSchool AI Learning Program
- Conduct AI and future-skills learning sessions in schools.
- Deliver structured educational programs designed to enhance digital literacy and future readiness.
- Engage students through interactive and activity-based learning experiences.
- Participate in school outreach initiatives and educational workshops.
- Training will be provided for program delivery and implementation.
Academic Teaching
- Teach students from Class 1 to 10 based on subject expertise.
- Support students from CBSE, ICSE, and IB curricula (English Medium).
- Conduct regular classes, doubt-solving sessions, revision programs, and concept-building activities.
- Monitor student performance and provide academic guidance.
Academic Content Development
- Develop high-quality PPTs, worksheets, question banks, and learning resources.
- Design tests, assessments, and revision materials.
- Contribute to academic research and curriculum enhancement initiatives.
GSEB Gujarati Mediam Content Development
- Develop academic content for GSEB Gujarati Medium curriculum.
- Create PPTs, worksheets, lesson plans, and assessment materials.
- Ensure content quality, accuracy, and alignment with curriculum requirements.
- This responsibility is primarily content-development focused.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in the relevant subject preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience for Class 11 and 12 students.
- Prior experience teaching JEE and/or NEET aspirants is mandatory.
- Strong academic command of the respective subject.
- Experience working with CBSE, ICSE, IB, or GSEB curriculum is preferred.
Language Requirements
Candidates must be able to:
- Understand Gujarati fluently.
- Communicate effectively in Gujarati.
- Communicate professionally in Hindi.
- Communicate confidently in English.
