Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in paid advertising, SEO, campaign optimization, and marketing analytics to drive business growth and maximize ROI.
Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Media Management
- Plan, create, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, CPC, CTR, and conversions.
- Manage retargeting campaigns and audience segmentation.
SEO & Organic Growth
- Execute on-page SEO strategies and keyword optimization.
- Optimize Google Business Profiles to improve local search visibility.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Monitor website performance and recommend SEO improvements.
Performance Analysis
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
- Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Marketing Automation
- Manage lead generation campaigns and CRM integration.
- Assist in marketing automation workflows and lead nurturing.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, or Paid Advertising.
- Experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Google Business Profile, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and time management abilities.
- Google Ads or Meta certifications are an added advantage.
