Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Voice Verification Analyst to join our team. The role involves verifying customer information through outbound/inbound calls, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining high-quality standards while following compliance guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound/inbound calls to verify customer details and information.
- Validate data accuracy as per company guidelines and processes.
- Follow verification scripts and maintain call quality standards.
- Identify discrepancies and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain proper documentation of verification results.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, confidentiality, and security protocols.
- Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Strong listening and attention to detail.

- Graduate/Undergraduate
- Freshers or candidates with experience in voice process/BPO can apply.
