Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized Admin Executive to oversee daily office operations and ensure an efficient, productive workplace. The Office Administrator will manage administrative activities, coordinate office resources, maintain records, and provide support to employees and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation in an organized manner.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room schedules.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies and equipment as needed.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for management.
- Assist with employee onboarding, attendance records, and administrative HR tasks.
- Ensure office policies and procedures are followed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-functioning office environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
