We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruitment officer to join our Human Resources team. The Recruitment officer will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the organization's staffing needs & Company needs. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, knowledge of recruitment processes, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
- Create and post job advertisements on job portals, visit the colleges, and Employment offices every district Attend employment fair.
- Source candidates through various platforms like Employement fair & College , including job boards, referrals, and networking events.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate job offers and assist with onboarding activities.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring reports.
- Every month Company review your performance and Recruitments targests.
Pay: ₹10,000.36 - ₹15,403.47 per month
