We are looking for a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist with 1–4 years of experience in B2B lead generation for SaaS Products, IT Staffing, IT Managed Services, Digital Transformation, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and AI Solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience generating qualified leads across the Middle East (Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, UAE), APAC, Africa, and USA markets.Experience in these regions will be considered a strong advantage.Key Responsibilities

- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Apollo.io
- ZoomInfo
- Lusha
- Seamless.ai
- RocketReach
- Company websites
- Execute outbound lead generation campaigns through:
- LinkedIn Outreach
- Cold Email Campaigns
- Cold Calling (preferred)
- Email Marketing
- Qualify prospects based on business needs and budget.
- Schedule meetings for the Business Development/Sales team.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and update lead status.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation reports.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to improve conversion rates.
- Meet monthly qualified lead and appointment targets.
Required Skills
- 1–4 years of B2B Lead Generation experience
- Experience in SaaS or IT Services industry
- Excellent online research skills
- Strong LinkedIn prospecting experience
- Knowledge of IT Staffing and Managed Services
- CRM experience (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Freshsales, etc.)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Strong understanding of sales funnels and lead qualification
