Key Responsibilities
As a manager, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes, ensuring that the applications meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. Your role will be pivotal in driving the success of projects by delivering effective and efficient application solutions that align with business objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Manage a Salesforce project team of 15+ resources
2. Direct client management
3. Solution shaping and estimation of a new Salesforce project.
4. Delivery and release management in Salesforce
5. Project status reporting that includes milestone tracking and SLA tracking.
Professional & Technical Skills:
1. Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in LWC and Salesforce CG Cloud Trade Promotion Management Development.
2. Must have at least 5 Salesforce certifications.
3. The candidate should have minimum 7+ years of experience in Salesforce CG Cloud Trade Promotion Management Development and 12+ years of experience in IT.
4. Ability to contribute to project design, architecture, review
5. Experience in multiple clouds such as Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Field Services etc.
6. Good to have: Community Cloud, Salesforce CG Cloud, work exp in Lightning Aura and LWC.
7. Knowledge of project health check tools and automated deployment process
8. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.
9. Experience with Salesforce Technical Architecture.
10. Experience with integration of Salesforce with other platforms.
11. Proven ability to implement best practices and deliver scalable solutions that ensure optimal performance in application development and deployment.
Additional Information:
1. The candidate should have minimum 7+ years in Accenture RE/TPM, Salesforce Sales and Salesforce CG Cloud combined and 12+ years of experience in IT.
2. This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
3. A 15 years full time education is required.
