We Are Hiring - BDM(Business Development Manager)
Qulaification: Any Degree
Timing: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm
Location:Thiruvanathapuram,Kollam
Salary: 25k to 30k per month
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and clients.
Identify and generate leads for residential and commercial interior projects.
Promote company products and services including flooring, furnishing products, modular kitchens, wall coverings, and furniture solutions.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
Coordinate with design and execution teams to ensure smooth project handling.
Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and project closures.
Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the interior design industry.
Maintain client database and prepare regular sales reports.
Required Skills
Experience in architecture/interior project sales or business development.
Knowledge of hardware, flooring, furniture, and interior materials will be an added advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build professional relationships and manage clients.
Good understanding of interior execution and project coordination.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field preferred.
2–3 years of relevant experience in interior, architecture, or construction-related industry.
