Work Location- Rabale, Navi Mumbai
Job Description
Analyse and optimize manufacturing processes using data-driven methods.
Collect, interpret, and present data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with production, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to implement process improvements.
Develop KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports to support operational decisions.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for production bottlenecks and quality issues.
Support implementation of digital transformation and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
Evaluate new technologies, tools, and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis related to production and resources.
Work on cross-functional projects to streamline workflows and reduce waste (Lean, Six Sigma principles).
Prepare business cases and ROI analyses for capital expenditure proposals.
**Desired Candidate Profile**
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent.
MBA or certification in Business/Data Analytics
Strong understanding of business processes and systems.
Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Jira, Confluence, or other BA tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Knowledge of SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), or CRM systems is an advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
