Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads for IT services (Web, App, Digital Marketing, Software)
- Identify new clients via LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, portals & cold outreach
- Client communication, requirement gathering & proposal creation
- Prepare quotations, presentations & contracts
- Close deals and achieve monthly targets
- Maintain CRM and client relationships
- Coordinate with technical & delivery teams
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of IT services & solutions
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Experience with B2B sales & international clients
- Proposal writing & bidding experience
- Lead generation & sales strategy
- Target-oriented mindset
Experience:
- 2–5 years experience in IT Business Development
- Proven track record of closures
