Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients.
- Provide internal and customer training on how to use the product
- Documentation of service and support
- Generate Service request and resolve customer issue.
- Learn new and upcoming products of SOLIDWORKS.
- Complete product e-learning and certification as required by OEM.
Proficiency: SOLIDWORKS Proficient with at least 2-3 years of industrial experience. (Freshers may also apply)
Skills Required: Excellent communication skills and presentation skills, Ms. Excel proficiency required.
Preference: candidate with tool, die, mold background will be preferred
Edu Qualification: Atleast B.tech / B.E.
The candidate should have own conveyance.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
