The ideal candidate will be responsible for exploring and identifying potential business prospects, developing long-term client relationships, and turning leads into successful business deals. Role Overview:
- Explore and identify potential business prospects
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships
- Turn leads into successful deals through consistent follow-ups
- Create customized proposals aligned with client needs
- Meet and surpass assigned business targets
What We Expect:
- 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability in proposal drafting and documentation
- Prior experience handling client calls and interactions
- Familiarity with platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn and lead generation strategies
- A proactive, result-driven approach with strong team collaboration skills
