Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Academic Counselor to guide prospective students in choosing the right courses and career paths. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to convert inquiries into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students via phone, video calls, and online platforms.
- Understand students' academic and career goals and recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into enrollments.
- Explain course features, fees, and career opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and achieve monthly admission targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Academic Counseling, Admissions, Inside Sales, or EdTech (Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Salary: Competitive salary + Performance incentives.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
