About the Role
We are looking for a highly articulate and energetic customer support executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers. Your main goal will be to guide parents through calls and chats, assist them with order placement, and handle customisation requests. If you love communicating and making customers happy, this role is for you!
Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Handle all incoming customer chats, messages, and phone calls with maximum professionalism.
- Order Placement: Assist customers step-by-step with their orders and accurately place them directly on our Shopify website.
- Product Assistance: Answer customer queries regarding product details, sizes, and pricing, and share relevant product images and links.
- Customisation Coordination: Guide customers through custom sizing or design options and coordinate with the production team to fulfil them.
Requirements
- Languages Known: Exceptional fluency in written and spoken English is a strict must. You should be able to chat and talk to customers effortlessly. Knowing Hindi or Tamil is a plus/advantage, but not mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer support, sales, or similar client-facing role.
- Technical Skills: Complete comfort with smartphones, managing messages on WhatsApp, and handling customer queries across social media apps.
- Traits: Strong patience, problem-solving skills, and a friendly customer-first attitude.
While anyone with exceptional English communication skills is welcome to apply, candidates with a background in fashion designing or garment styling will be highly preferred. Additionally, we prioritise candidates from nearby areas or within a 10–15 km radius for ease of commute to our office in Kodakara.
