Cutting, Marking, shaping, drilling of electrical apparatus for Making Control panel.
Laying of Raceway, Cable try, Wire and cable for machine wiring or control panel wiring.
Fixing of electrical apparatus in control panel or machine.
Wiring as per diagram or given instruction by seniors.
VFD ,Temperature controller, Flow meter, Thermocouple, RTD, Power Analyzer, Pressure transmitter , Process PID controller Programming & data recording during commissioning of machine.
Installation of Various type of Sensor and keep in record , at least 10 type of sensor to be experienced during 6 month of tenure .
Self-making of Star Delta starter and Panel along with circuit diagram and good knowledge of star delta connection of motor .
Self-making of DOL starter and Panel along with circuit diagram and good knowledge of DOL connection of motor .
Experience about MCB ,MCCB ,ELCB ,RCB ,FUSE , at least 10 type of these items to be experienced during 6 month of tenure .
5S of working place where so ever working.
