Ariel’s Own Beauty is a U.S. skincare and body-care company founded in 2020 and headquartered in Cherry Creek, Denver, Colorado.
We are expanding across wholesale, hospitality, retail, e-commerce, private-label products, and live shopping. We are seeking a motivated sales professional to help develop new commercial accounts throughout the United States.
Position
This is a fully remote, part-time independent-contractor position starting at approximately 10 hours per week.
The sales representative will identify prospective customers, contact decision-makers, schedule meetings, follow up on leads, maintain an organized sales pipeline, and assist with closing wholesale and commercial accounts.
Additional hours may become available based on performance, sales activity, and company needs. Strong performers may have the opportunity to transition into a full-time position as the company grows.

Responsibilities
- Research and prospect new B2B customers
- Identify appropriate purchasing and management decision-makers
- Conduct outbound calls and email outreach
- Introduce Ariel’s Own Beauty products and commercial capabilities
- Schedule meetings with qualified prospects
- Follow up consistently with leads
- Assist with wholesale, hospitality, gifting, and private-label opportunities
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline
- Update the CRM with customer activity and follow-up notes
- Help expand Ariel’s Own Beauty throughout the United States
- Meet agreed activity and sales-performance expectations
Qualifications
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong professional communication skills
- Sales, business-development, appointment-setting, or customer-service experience preferred
- Comfortable making outbound calls and sending cold emails
- Able to communicate confidently with business owners and decision-makers
- Self-motivated, organized, and consistent with follow-up
- Reliable internet connection
- Computer and headset suitable for remote work
- Ability to work independently and maintain accurate records
- Prior B2B, beauty, hospitality, wholesale, or U.S. sales experience is a plus
Compensation
- Monthly base compensation of ₹14,348.70–₹36,106.99, depending on experience and qualifications
- Uncapped commission on qualifying sales
- Performance bonuses
- Potential for increased hours, compensation, and responsibilities as the company grows
Schedule
- Approximately 10 hours per week to start
- Fully remote
- Flexible but consistent recurring schedule
- Must be available during agreed hours that overlap with U.S. business hours
- Potential to expand into additional hours or a full-time position based on performance and business needs
