Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a background in Cybersecurity Services, Managed Security Services, SOC Services, SIEM Solutions, Cloud Security, IT Infrastructure Security, or related technology services. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing the complete sales cycle, building customer relationships, and driving revenue growth for the Cybersecurity Services division.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and field visits.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects. Schedule and conduct customer meetings and presentations.
Develop relationships with CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, IT Heads, Infrastructure Heads, and Security Managers.
Identify customer requirements and align cybersecurity solutions accordingly.
Sales & Revenue Generation Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
1 Prepare proposals, commercial offers, and customer presentations.
Coordinate with internal technical teams for solution discussions and demonstrations.
Negotiate commercials and contract terms. Drive recurring managed services revenue. Account Management Build long-term customer relationships. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery teams.
Market Intelligence Track cybersecurity market trends and competitor activities. Identify new business opportunities and target industries.

Requirements 3–8 years of B2B sales experience. Minimum 2 years of experience in cybersecurity, managed security services, SOC services, SIEM solutions, cloud security, IT security services, or infrastructure security sales. Proven experience in new business acquisition. Experience handling enterprise and mid-market customers.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to independently generate leads and manage opportunities from prospecting to closure. Experience preparing proposals, commercials, and customer presentations.
