Job Summary
Wisdom Way Technical Institution is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller Executive to promote our training programs, generate leads, follow up with prospective students and job seekers, and support enrollment activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and have prior experience in BPO, consultancy, or EdTech organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Overseas Recruitment Support
- Contact job seekers regarding overseas employment opportunities.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate documentation.
- Assist in candidate follow-ups and recruitment-related communications.
Lead Generation & Follow-up
- Follow up on inquiries generated through digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and referrals.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects to convert leads into enrollments.
- Update lead status and customer information in the CRM or tracking sheet.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, admissions, and candidate data.
- Prepare daily and weekly call reports.
- Achieve assigned call, conversion, and enrollment targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Hindi and Malayalam language proficiency will be an added advantage.
- Strong telecalling and persuasion skills.
- Good interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Ability to handle objections and close admissions effectively.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Telecalling, BPO, EdTech, Educational Consultancy, or Recruitment Consultancy.
- Experience in student counseling and admissions will be preferred.
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also be considered.

- Number of calls made per day.

- Interview scheduling and candidate follow-up completion.
