Job Summary
We are hiring experienced and result-oriented professionals for the role of Deputy Manager / Manager – Project Sales with strong exposure in Diesel Generator (DG) Sets, Power Backup Solutions, Electrical Equipment, EPC, or Industrial Project Sales.
The role involves managing end-to-end project sales, developing new business opportunities, handling key client relationships, and driving revenue growth across infrastructure and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive project sales of DG sets, power backup systems, and related electrical solutions
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across real estate, infrastructure, manufacturing, hospitals, and commercial sectors
- Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure
- Engage with consultants, contractors, EPC companies, builders, and end clients
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, BOQs, and tender documentation
- Manage sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups for conversion
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, and service teams for project execution
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical preferred) or relevant qualification
- 5–12 years of experience in:
- DG Set Sales
- Power Solutions
- EPC / Electrical Project Sales
- Industrial Equipment / Capital Equipment Sales
- Strong understanding of DG systems and power backup solutions
- Proven experience in B2B / Project Sales and Key Account Management
- Strong network with consultants, EPC companies, contractors, and industrial clients
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects independently
