Falco Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and organized Project & Service Coordinator to manage and coordinate HVAC project execution and after-sales service operations. The candidate will ensure smooth communication between clients, technicians, suppliers, and the management team while maintaining project schedules and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate HVAC project execution from start to completion.
- Plan and schedule daily work for project and service teams.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Coordinate with clients regarding project updates and service requests.
- Manage technician schedules, attendance, and site assignments.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials and coordination with the store.
- Maintain project documentation, service records, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety standards. Support management in planning, execution, and timely project completion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in HVAC project coordination and service management.
- Good knowledge of HVAC systems, VRV/VRF, ductable, split, and chiller systems.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and project documentation.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
