Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad.
As a Sales Advisor / Career Advisor, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective candidates, understanding their career goals, explaining our services, and converting qualified leads into clients. You will consult candidates on our career support programs, maintain regular follow-ups, and deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
* Contact and qualify inbound and outbound leads.
* Understand candidates' career goals and job search challenges.
* Present and explain our career support and job placement services.
* Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with prospective clients.
* Conduct follow-ups and convert qualified leads into successful enrollments.
* Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM or internal systems.
* Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
* Deliver exceptional customer service before and after enrollment.
Required Skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Confidence in handling objections and converting leads.
* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and performance-driven.
* Ability to build rapport and establish client trust quickly.
* Good organizational and time management skills.
* Basic computer knowledge and CRM proficiency.
## Preferred Qualifications
* 1–5 years of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, Career Consulting, Recruitment, or Staffing.
* Experience in IT staffing, recruitment, or consultancy sales is an added advantage.
* Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales are also encouraged to apply.
