Position: Recruiter for Driver Hiring (West Region)
Location: Mumbai
Role Purpose
To manage end-to-end recruitment and deployment of ambulance drivers across the West Region, ensuring adequate manpower availability for existing and upcoming contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit ambulance drivers across Maharashtra and other West Region locations.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviews, documentation, onboarding, and deployment.
- Build a strong pipeline of drivers through referrals, vendors, local networks, driving schools, transport associations, and job portals.
- Coordinate with Operations teams to understand manpower requirements and deployment timelines.
- Ensure timely replacement hiring to minimize service disruption.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
- Reduce driver attrition through continuous engagement and follow-ups.
- Support mobilization of drivers for new client contracts.
- Travel locally whenever required for recruitment drives.
Desired Profile
- 2–5 years of experience in bulk hiring or blue-collar recruitment.
- Experience hiring drivers, delivery executives, fleet staff, technicians, security personnel, or field workforce.
- Familiarity with Naukri, Indeed, Apna, WorkIndia, Facebook groups, and local sourcing channels.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
