Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies for Fly Ash across Gujarat and neighboring regions.
- Identify, approach, and onboard bulk buyers, including cement plants, Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) plants, contractors, and infrastructure companies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention and repeat business.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
- Handle client negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract finalization to secure profitable business deals.
- Address customer concerns promptly and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to expanding the company’s market share.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Proven experience in Fly Ash, Cement, RMC, or bulk material sales.
- Strong industry network within the construction, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of logistics, transportation, and bulk material handling.
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and achieve business goals.
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
