We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team. The candidate will support sales growth, promote rooms and banquet business, maintain client relationships, and assist in marketing activities to increase revenue and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in achieving room sales, banquet sales, and event targets
Handle corporate clients, travel agents, and direct customer inquiries
Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and follow-ups
Promote conference halls, rooms, and hotel services
Coordinate with front office, banquet, and operations teams
Support digital marketing and social media promotions
Prepare sales reports and maintain client databases
Develop new business opportunities and maintain existing accounts
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
