Lead Generation & Field Marketing
- Visit residential apartments, gated communities, malls, and public venues to conduct outdoor marketing activities.
- Generate quality leads through direct interaction with parents and children.
- Build awareness about SIP Abacus programs within the local community.
Promotional Activities
- Set up and manage promotional stalls at residential complexes, schools, events, and malls.
- Distribute marketing materials and engage prospective customers.
- Represent the organization professionally during all promotional activities.
Presentations & Demonstrations
- Conduct engaging Mental Math Awareness Sessions for parents and children.
- Demonstrate the benefits and visual power of the abacus through presentations.
- Organize and conduct mock classes and live program demonstrations.
School & Institutional Partnerships
- Visit schools, preschools, daycare centres, and educational institutions.
- Present SIP Abacus programs to school authorities and secure partnership opportunities.
- Coordinate workshops, demos, and awareness programs within schools.
Parent Counseling & Admissions
- Counsel parents regarding course benefits, curriculum, and student development outcomes.
- Handle inquiries and follow-ups effectively.
- Convert leads into admissions through strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
Required Skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication.
- Confidence in conducting presentations and public interactions.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Proficiency in English and at least one local regional language.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
