DESIGNATION: SECURITY BRANCH PARTNER (ON BRANCH PROFIT SHARING BASIS)
Role Description
We are looking for a Security Branch Partner to expand our business along with operations across key locations. This is a full-time, on-site business opportunity for individuals who are passionate about entrepreneurship and business growth.
The role involves managing branch operations, developing client relationships, generating business, and ensuring smooth coordination with the head office. You will play a key role in driving business expansion and maintaining service quality at the local level.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Manage day-to-day branch operations
✔ Develop and maintain strong client relationships
✔ Generate new business opportunities
✔ Handle office administration and coordination
✔ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
✔ Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
Qualifications
✔ Qualifications must be a Graduate
✔ Strong communication and customer service skills
✔ Experience in office administration and operations
✔ Basic knowledge of accounting and business management
✔ Ability to multitask and solve problems efficiently
✔ Proficiency in MS Office and general computer applications
Preferred Qualifications:
✔ Fluent in the local language, Hindi, and English (spoken and written)
✔ Minimum 10 years of experience in the security services or manpower industry
✔ Should have held a position not below the level of Operations Manager
✔ Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler for operational mobility
