J ob Description: Manager – Finance & Accounts Operations
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager – Finance Operations to oversee a diverse team comprising resources supporting the ANZ region . This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement across finance processes, while fostering team growth and leveraging tools and technology for efficiency gains.
Team Leadership & Oversight
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Partner with cross ‑ functional teams (Procurement, HR, Operations, Audit) to ensure seamless finance operations.
Process Improvement & Optimization
Drive efficiency gains through technology enablement (ERP, Concur, workflow tools, reporting dashboards).
Team Development & Growth
Ensure timely completion of billing, collections , cash applications, master data management, dispute management, account reconciliations , AR Analytics etc .
