Job Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process
- Post jobs on Indeed and other hiring platforms
- Screen candidates and schedule interviews
- Coordinate joining and onboarding formalities
- Maintain attendance and employee records
- Follow up with outlet managers regarding manpower requirements
- Maintain staff documentation and HR reports
- Handle employee engagement and discipline coordination
- Coordinate payroll inputs with accounts team
- Support daily HR operations for café and restaurant outlets
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of HR or recruitment experience
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel and HR operations
- Experience in hospitality industry preferred
- Ability to handle multiple outlet coordination
- Smart, presentable, and professional behavior
