Job Summary
The Banquet Coordinator manages all administrative and operational aspects of banquet functions, ensuring that client requirements are communicated effectively and that events are executed to high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to discuss event requirements, budgets, menus, seating arrangements, and special requests.
- Prepare banquet event orders (BEOs) and distribute them to relevant hotel departments.
- Coordinate with food and beverage, kitchen, housekeeping, sales, and maintenance teams.
- Schedule banquet staff and assist with event logistics.
- Monitor event setup, décor, audiovisual equipment, and room arrangements.
- Ensure events are conducted according to client specifications and hotel standards.
- Handle last-minute changes and resolve guest concerns promptly.
- Maintain records of bookings, contracts, and event details.
- Assist in preparing invoices and confirming event payments.
- Conduct post-event follow-ups with clients to gather feedback.

Working Conditions

- Requires standing, walking, and supervising event setups for extended periods.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
