Position: Asst. Production Manager
Experience required: 5–8 years
Location: Shirol, Shahapur (pick up & drop facility from company till nearest railway station)

Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and control production activities to meet business targets.
Supervise daily operations, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
Optimize resource utilization (manpower, machinery, materials) for maximum efficiency.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Design, Quality, Procurement, HR, Accounts) to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor production schedules and adjust plans to meet deadlines.
Implement process improvements to reduce costs and enhance productivity.
Prepare and maintain production reports for management review.
Ensure compliance with statutory and company policies.
Lead, motivate, and train production staff to achieve performance goals.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering (or related field).
5 - 8 years of proven experience in production management, preferably in Static Equipment Manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and safety standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities under tight timelines.
Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and production planning tools.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: 5 – 10 LPA (based on experience and expertise).
