Job Summary
The Senior Brand Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing integrated branding and marketing activities to strengthen brand visibility, ensure consistent communication, and support business growth. The role involves managing ATL, BTL, and digital marketing activities, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies, and ensuring smooth execution of brand campaigns and activations.
Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Planning & Coordination
- Assist in developing and executing branding and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
- Support implementation of brand positioning initiatives in trade and retail markets.
Campaign Execution (ATL/BTL/Digital)
- Plan and coordinate ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage retail branding, dealer branding, outdoor advertising, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Support execution of product launches and marketing campaigns.
BTL & On-Ground Activities
- Coordinate execution of BTL activities including retail branding, signage, hoardings, events, and brand activations.
- Ensure timely execution of on-ground marketing activities across regions.
- Monitor campaign implementation and ensure quality standards.
Vendor & Agency Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors for printing, fabrication, event setups, and branding materials.
- Assist in negotiating pricing, timelines, and delivery schedules.
- Liaise with creative and media agencies for campaign execution.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with sales, design, production, and regional teams.
- Ensure alignment of marketing activities with business and sales requirements.
- Coordinate with external partners for smooth execution of campaigns.
Reporting & Tracking
- Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports for management review.
- Maintain records of marketing expenses and vendor bills.
Budget Support
- Assist in monitoring marketing budgets and campaign expenses.
- Support cost-effective execution of branding activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
- MBA in Marketing preferred.
- 4–7 years of experience in branding, marketing coordination, or related roles.
Required Skills
- Good understanding of BTL, ATL, retail branding, and marketing coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Vendor coordination and negotiation support skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.

Salary: Up to ₹ 40,000per month (Negotiable based on skill set, relevant experience, and last drawn salary).
