Job Title: Sales Manager – West Region

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives (Based on performance)
Job Summary:
The Sales Manager – West Region is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding dealer and distributor networks, and increasing market penetration for LED lighting products across the Western region of India. The role involves extensive field sales, channel management, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Business Development:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Identify and develop new dealers, distributors, and channel partners
- Promote LED lighting products (bulbs, tube lights, street lights, flood lights, panels, etc.)
- Generate new business opportunities in assigned territories
2. Channel Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and dealers
- Monitor secondary sales and stock movement
- Support channel partners with schemes, product training, and sales support
3. Market Expansion:
- Conduct regular field visits across West India
- Expand presence in new cities and rural markets
- Track competitor pricing, schemes, and strategies
4. Customer & Key Account Management:
- Handle institutional clients, contractors, and project-based customers
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and quick issue resolution
- Provide basic technical guidance on LED products
5. Sales Reporting & MIS:
- Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
- Track target vs achievement and sales pipeline
- Update CRM / ERP systems regularly
6. Coordination:
- Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, and Finance teams
- Ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment
- Follow up for payments and collections
Required Qualifications:
- B.Tech (ECE Preferred)
- Diploma in Electrical (Minimum Eligibility)
Skills Required:
- Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing skills
- Knowledge of LED lighting products and market
- Good communication and relationship-building ability
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
Experience:
- 3–6 years in Sales (Electrical / LED Industry preferred)
- Experience in West India market is an added advantage
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region
- Two-wheeler / vehicle with valid driving license preferred
- Target-driven and self-motivated
