Job Summary:
We are hiring a Dynamics 365 Manufacturing Consultant – Finance & Operations with strong expertise in manufacturing and supply chain processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on functional consulting experience, strong business analysis capabilities, and deep understanding of manufacturing operations, warehouse management, and lean processes. The role requires customer interaction, workshop facilitation, implementation leadership, and solution delivery for enterprise clients.
Role & Responsibilities:
· Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 F&O implementation engagements for manufacturing and distribution clients
· Provide functional consulting expertise for Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Warehouse Management modules
· Conduct workshops and gather business requirements from stakeholders
· Analyze existing business processes and recommend ERP-driven solutions
· Configure and support Advanced Warehouse Management functionalities in D365 F&O
· Work closely with technical and business teams during implementation lifecycle
· Prepare functional documentation, business process flows, and solution specifications
· Deliver client training sessions and business-ready workshops
· Collaborate with customers to ensure successful delivery and long-term relationships
· Support testing, UAT, go-live, and post-implementation activities
· Participate in strategic discussions, solution design, and process optimization initiatives
Technical Skills Required:
· Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
· Expertise in Manufacturing and Distribution business processes
· Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts and process optimization
· Hands-on experience with Advanced Warehouse Management in D365 F&O
· Experience in at least 3 end-to-end D365 F&O implementations
· Strong business analysis and workshop facilitation skills
· Ability to prepare functional and technical specifications documentation
· Strong stakeholder communication and client-facing consulting skills
· Ability to conduct functional configuration and strategic workshops
· Excellent understanding of operational business workflows and ERP implementation lifecycle
· Self-driven approach with strong customer service orientation
· Willingness to travel regularly for client engagements
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
