The Wellness Shop is looking for a highly experienced and creative Videographer & Video Editor with a minimum of 7 years of professional experience in video production and post-production. The ideal candidate should have a strong storytelling ability, advanced technical expertise, and hands-on experience in creating high-quality content for digital and performance marketing platforms.
The candidate must own a professional high-resolution camera and related equipment and be capable of independently handling shoots from concept to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality product, lifestyle, branding, and promotional videos
- Lead end-to-end video production (concept development, scripting support, shooting, editing, color grading, and sound design)
- Create engaging ad creatives for Meta, Google, YouTube, and other digital platforms
- Ensure brand consistency across all video content
- Manage lighting setups, audio recording, and studio shoots
- Collaborate with the marketing and performance team for campaign-based content
- Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining premium quality standards

Key Requirements:
- Minimum 7+ years of professional experience in videography and video editing
- Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar advanced editing tools
- Strong knowledge of cinematography, lighting techniques, framing, and sound design
- Experience in shooting D2C product videos, lifestyle shoots, and digital ad creatives
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must own a professional high-resolution camera and essential shooting equipment
- Strong creative vision and attention to detail
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
