About the Company
Zabar Global is a growing trading and manufacturing company specializing in fasteners, pipes & fittings, rigging & lifting equipment, testing & measuring instruments, abrasives, and industrial solutions serving construction, infrastructure, and oil & gas sectors across the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall finance and accounting operations of the company.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Supervise accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and banking activities.
- Ensure compliance with VAT, ZATCA, taxation, and local financial regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, suppliers, and customers regarding financial matters.
- Control project costing, inventory valuation, and margin analysis.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Monitor credit control and customer payment follow-ups.
- Prepare management reports and MIS dashboards for decision-making.
- Support commercial and procurement teams with financial analysis and risk assessment.
- Handle LC documentation, trade finance, and international transactions.
- Lead and manage the finance team to ensure operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
- Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CMA, CPA, or MBA Finance is preferred.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in finance and accounting.
- Experience in trading, manufacturing, construction, or oil & gas industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, financial reporting, and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of VAT regulations and GCC financial compliance.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple business operations.
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling multi-country operations.
- Knowledge in inventory-based trading businesses.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy.
- Familiarity with Odoo, SAP, Zoho, or similar ERP systems.
