Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Boiler Site Incharge – Electrical to manage electrical operations at the boiler site. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning, maintenance, and safety of all electrical systems related to boiler operations.
Key Responsibilities
Handle complete electrical operations at the boiler site
Ensure proper functioning of boiler electrical systems, panels, and controls
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment
Monitor and maintain motors, drives, PLC systems, and control panels
Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical regulations
Coordinate with mechanical and operations teams for smooth plant functioning
Maintain daily reports, logbooks, and maintenance records
Supervise electricians and support staff at the site
Handle shutdown planning and execution activities
Ensure minimum downtime and quick troubleshooting
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of boiler electrical systems
Hands-on experience with PLC, VFD, panels, and instrumentation
Knowledge of electrical safety norms and compliance
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Team handling and coordination ability
Qualifications
Diploma / BE in Electrical Engineering
Relevant experience in boiler or industrial plant operations

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
