Role Overview
We are looking for a confident and energetic Appointment Setter to connect with potential clients, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for the sales team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and interest in sales and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Reach out to potential clients through calls, LinkedIn, email, and other outreach channels
Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business requirements
Schedule discovery calls and meetings for the sales team
Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems
Follow up with prospects consistently and professionally
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
Achieve weekly/monthly meeting-setting targets
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable speaking with clients and decision-makers
Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of digital marketing/services is a plus
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Prior experience in appointment setting, sales, business development, or customer interaction preferred
Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
