We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Senior HR Executive to oversee and support key human resources functions across the organization. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement while ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and best practices.
This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, strong knowledge of employment laws, and the ability to work collaboratively with management and employees at all levels.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.
- Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, job portals, and educational institutions.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Employee Relations
- Serve as a trusted HR partner for employees and managers.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution professionally.
- Promote a positive workplace culture through effective communication and engagement initiatives.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze employee feedback to improve retention.Mandatory Statutory Compliance Responsibilities
- Required Skills
- Excellent knowledge of Indian Labour Laws and statutory compliance.
- Strong experience in PF & ESI filling , PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, POSH, and related compliances.
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as an Senior HR Executive.
- Proven experience in end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, and HR administration.
- Hands-on experience in managing all statutory compliances is mandatory, including EPF, ESI, Professional Tax (PT), Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), Bonus, Gratuity, POSH, Shops & Establishments Act, Contract Labour compliance, statutory registers, returns, and liaison with government authorities.
- Experience handling HRIS, attendance management, payroll inputs, and employee lifecycle management.
- Ability to independently manage HR functions while ensuring full compliance with Central and State labour laws.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
